    We value every customer and strive to provide satisfied products and services. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing SwapAnything's services. Using our services indicates that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

    Money Back Guarantee

    We offer 1-month (monthly billing) and 1-year (annual billing) subscription plans. A 7-day full money-back guarantee is available for 1-year subscriptions. Refund requests for 1-month subscriptions are not accepted. Upon receiving a refund request, the subscription will be canceled, and access to our products and services will be terminated.

    Cancel Subscriptions

    You can cancel a subscription at any time. All future charges will be canceled, and the cancellation will become effective at the end of the current billing period. No refund will be provided, but access and benefits will continue for the remainder of the billing period.

    Partial Refund Policy

    To ensure that customers have enough time to evaluate whether the purchased product and service meet their needs, we provide a 7-day full money-back guarantee for 1-year subscription plans. Refund requests will be approved within this guarantee only if submitted within the specified money-back guarantee period. If a refund request is submitted after the 7-day period, no refund will be issued.

    When issuing a partial refund, we will calculate the total fees of used subscription months and only refund the amount for the remaining unused subscription months. The partial refund amount is calculated on a monthly basis, with any portion of a used month counted as a full month. Since the annual subscription price is discounted, the refund amount will be the annual subscription price minus the actual monthly subscription price for the used months.

    Technical Trouble Refunds

    If technical trouble occurs and no solution is provided within 30 days, we can pause the subscription and future payments until the issue is resolved. Alternatively, we can refund the unused subscription months if you prefer not to wait. Cooperation with our support team is required to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

    Non-Refundable Circumstances

    • Time Duration Consumed: No refunds if the allocated time duration is exhausted.
    • Poor Quality Inputs: No refunds for inputs that don't meet our criteria. We may redo the inputs with clearer requirements.
    • Partial Satisfaction: Liking only some outputs does not qualify for a refund. Errors in some outputs do not make the order eligible for a refund.
    • Downloading Outputs: Once outputs are downloaded, they are considered accepted, and no refund will be provided. Customers can preview outputs before downloading.

    Refund Processing Time

    Refund requests will be reviewed and responded to within 1-3 business days. If approved, funds will be returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Refunds cannot be processed to a different account.

    Resolving Chargebacks

    For any issues with your order and subscription, please contact us with detailed information and your desired resolution. We will strive to resolve it to your satisfaction. If a formal chargeback is submitted without contacting us first, we reserve the right to terminate your access to our products and services permanently.

    Fee Changes

    SwapAnything reserves the right to modify subscription fees at any time. Customers will be informed of any fee changes in advance to allow termination of the subscription before the change becomes effective. Continued use of the subscription after a fee change constitutes agreement to the revised fee amount.
